Thea Dunlevie

Senior Analyst

Thea Dunlevie was a Senior Analyst whose research focuses on transatlantic maritime security. She also served as Editor of The MOC. Before joining CMS, she researched a variety of transatlantic foreign policy and international security issues as a Research Assistant for European studies at the American Enterprise Institute, Program Coordinator for The Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, and as a Max Kampelman Policy Fellow at the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe.

Previously, she worked for the U.S. government at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Department of Education, and she has held multiple internships in state and local politics.

Ms. Dunlevie graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is currently completing her M.A. degree in Security Studies at Georgetown University.
