2:45 p.m. – 2:55 p.m. Welcome & Introduction to Panel 1
Dr. Steven Wills, Navalist, Center for Maritime Strategy
2:55 p.m. – 3:40 p.m. Panel 1: “How Wargames Help Us Win”
Dr. Wills will introduce panelists from across the war colleges and academia and lead a discussion on how wargame impact senior military leaders’ thinking on the operational and strategic levels of war. Panelists include

3:40 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Interactive Demonstration
Following Panel 1, Dr. Wills will invite guests and panelists to join him on the display floor to sample various wargames with their creators. Game displays will include

“Hedgemony,” by Dr. Yuna Wong
“At All Costs,” an Illegal, Unreported, Unregulated Fishing game by Dr. Jeremy Sepinsky
5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. Panel 3: “What We Learn & How We Fight”
To round out the event, Dr. Wills will invite the wargame practitioners and creators to the stage and debrief the lessons learned from each and how the information can best be applied. Panelists include
