The Center for Maritime Strategy (CMS) invites you to join us for the Washington D.C. launch of Returning from Ebb Tide: Renewing the United States Commercial Maritime Industry, CMS’s first major publication.
We will host a discussion with several authors of the book followed by a reception on Wednesday, March 26 from 3:30-5:30pm. The launch will take place at the Navy League Building (2300 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201). Copies of the book will be available at the event. The event will feature:
