Dr. Paul Kennedy joins the CMS team to discuss the history of the Navy, but particularly in the decade of 1936 to 1946 where it grew into the global role it fulfills today. His new book “Victory at Sea” examines this period as reflected through a series of brilliant watercolor scenes by the late Ian Marshall.
